How to Place an Order:
Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button located next to the product image. When you’re ready to complete your order, click “Checkout” from within your cart and follow the instructions. You may also complete your order by calling us at 704-256-4000.
Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
You may want to Pay by Phone option. If that is the case please complete your order online then call our Customer Service team with your order confirmation number and credit card information to apply for payment securely over the phone. You’ll receive an order confirmation email that will include a payment reminder and our contact information along with a link to our Web site where you can review your order and also opt to pay online by credit card.
Order Cancellations & Modifications:
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please contact us for alternate options. Sorry, we’re unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual components. To make these adjustments, you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, items that have been damaged. Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. BBC Expressions reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
Special Orders:
Special orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed; the remaining 50% will be charged when your order ships. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason cannot be accepted.
Cancellation:
For all orders that are canceled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged. For special order items, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.

Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices in our online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
